Heidi has been creating designs for her shops at Zazzle since 2007 and is a Gold Pro Seller for Zazzle and Pro Seller designer for other Print on Demand Companies where her designs are made available on a variety products for purchase. Heidi is a self taught artist with a playful view of the world. She has been creating well known artistic designs for over 30 years for friends and family. Heidi’s eclectic designs cover many topics and styles but she leans toward whimsical topics inspired by nature.
A true romantic at heart, she first began illustrating wedding designs when she designed for her own wedding 25 years ago – her friends & family were so impressed she was hired by many to create original wedding packages for them as well, and so was the birth of the Barefoot Bride – it would be years (and the inception and evolution of the internet and online markets) before she found an online source for her to create designs and upload them to products for sale. At that time she opened up a wedding invitation shop called Wedding Trends. It wasn’t until a later date she decided to add the Barefoot Bride to her shop list as well; including more outdoor, watercolor, rustic and beach wedding themes.
Zazzle is the best online source for quality customizable online wedding invitations, wedding stationery and wedding party accessories. Heidi creates the designs, then uploads them to her account at Zazzle and places them on a variety of salable products – usually in wedding collections (called wedding suites) of products that can be used to create a wedding theme or mix and match to create something new. If ever you find a design and it is not yet on a product you would like to add to your wedding stationery, please contact Heidi and ask for her to make this available – most of the time this can be done within 24 hours of the request. (Make sure you give her the link to the product in her shop you are requesting be placed on a new product and a link if possible to a product you want the design placed on.)
Please note that since there is a high demand for Heidi’s designs, she no longer accepts any new custom design requests.
