1. Who creates these designs?
Heidi is the artist designer for the invitations and matching stationery – Zazzle takes care of your secure payments, all printing, and shipping.

2. Is there anyway to change the color of the design?
Please contact us for help.   Almost all invitations created by Heidi can be color adjusted.

3. Do you have more products that match this  invitation?
Heidi usually creates matching stationery  products  and places them in sets, collections or suites, if you see a product you would like to have a particular  design placed on feel free to contact Heidi  and ask.

4. Can I get a custom design?
I’m sorry due to the volume of  requests Heidi has received – she had to stop filling custom order requests.

5. I just placed my order and realized I made a mistake! Help?
Once the order has been placed, the details for that order cannot be changed. However, you can cancel your order and place a new one. Once you have canceled your order, just remake your invitation as desired (all canceled items stay in your shopping cart, where you can make changes) and then resubmit it.
Please note that this can be done only while your order status is “Pending”. Usually you have one hour from the time your order was placed to cancel it. If it is too late, please call Zazzle directly at 1-888-8ZAZZLE (1-888-892-9953) or 408-983-2800.  As long as the order has not yet been shipped this should present no issue.

6. I need a quote for (#)  Invitations, (#) Save the Dates and (#) Thank You cards.
Zazzle is a custom product company, where you can modify every product individually and the total price depends entirely on the customization you choose (paper type, invitation size, etc.). That’s why the best way to find out the total price of your wedding stationery is to add each item to your shopping cart (make sure you choose your desired paper type, die cut shape, quantity, etc.). In your cart, apart from seeing the total price of your wedding products, you will also be able to apply the day deal code, which can get you a great discount!

7. Can I buy digital copy of the design to use on my website and  other places?
I’m sorry but no, Heidi  does not sell her designs – you can however ask her to place the design on a product you may not see in her shop to match your  wedding suite – contact her here 

8. Do you offer samples?
Unfortunately, Zazzle does not provide samples of any products at this time, including wedding invitations. Invitations have no minimum  quantity to order –  So if you would like a sample, please feel free to order just one invitation! In case you don’t like it, Zazzle has an excellent return/refund policy – you’ll get all your money back. Please out of respect for the designer, do not just order one ‘sample’ to take to your local printing shop  and duplicate it – not only will you get an inferior print but it is considered unethical to the designer.

9. Can I have a Proof of my Invitation?
Zazzle will print exactly what is shown on the screen at the time the order is placed. Any text that you personalize, along with the design changes and size or color alterations you make, will be printed. If you cannot decide on a paper type,  since Zazzle has no minimum  order – many Brides order one of each paper style and then choose from there. This way they  can also see how the invitation appears on each paper choice.

10. Do you have a Refund policy?
We promise 100% satisfaction.  If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of receipt.  Read Zazzle’s Return Policy Here

11. International orders?
Zazzle ships worldwide and has domains in over 15 different countries. This means that if your order is placed through Zazzle’s International web portals, the local tax and customs fees are covered by Zazzle. For example, if you place an order via zazzle.co.uk and live in the United Kingdom, there will be no VAT and customs fees.

12. How long does it take to get my order?
Most of the products are manufactured within 24 hours. A quantity of 50 or more pieces may need 2-3 additional business days. You will be able to see all the details about the time of delivery, shipping time and shipping options (standard or express) in your shopping cart after you add your details.

13. Can I upload a mailing list for printed envelopes?
Unfortunately, this option is not yet available on Zazzle. You can however fill in the return address information, this will help you lighten the task of  addressing the envelopes a little bit . Or if you so choose to purchase matching address labels  for your return address. I realize this does not help you  address your invitations to your  guests, maybe designating this job to your Maid of Honor or Bridesmaids.

14. What does the “background” color mean in the selection process when customizing the invitation?
Not all but some of Heidi’s invitations are created to  allow the background color to show through or around the design  ie: some invitations may be white stripes  with a background color, this allows the bride to customize her invitations to better suit her colors – she can then  get the hex# of the color she is using as her wedding colors and  have this  be  the color on the invitations.  A very nice feature. Not all invitations have this option – it is also used for invitations with blank backs as the color to coordinate  with the front design.

15. Is there a way to order table cards in consecutive order? 
Unfortunately  at this  time , no.  If you need  table numbers for 20 tables,  you will need to make each one separately.
